Terms and Conditions for Strikefall

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your download, installation, access to, and use of the mobile game Strikefall (“Game”).
The Game is provided by Auravion, operating as Auravion (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using Strikefall, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1. Eligibility
You may use the Game only if you meet the minimum age indicated on its store listing in your country and are legally permitted to accept these Terms.
If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf. The parent or guardian is responsible for supervising your use of the Game and any purchases made through their account.
2. License to Use the Game
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Strikefall for private, non-commercial entertainment.
You may not:
- Copy, sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Game.
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract its source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Use cheats, automation, modified clients, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software.
- Circumvent security, advertising, purchase, progression, or reward systems.
- Use the Game for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
No ownership rights are transferred to you under these Terms.
3. Gameplay and Availability
Strikefall is provided for entertainment. Missions, weapons, enemies, rewards, difficulty, balance, graphics, and other features may be changed, added, removed, or rebalanced through updates.
We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device. Maintenance, technical failures, platform changes, or security concerns may temporarily or permanently affect availability.
4. Game Progress
Game progress and settings may be stored locally on your device or through supported platform services.
Uninstalling the Game, clearing its data, resetting progress, changing devices, or losing access to a platform account may cause progress to be lost. We do not guarantee that lost progress can be recovered unless an applicable cloud-saving feature is expressly provided.
5. Credits and Virtual Items
Strikefall may provide virtual currency called Credits, together with weapons, utilities, upgrades, and other virtual items.
Credits and virtual items:
- Exist only within Strikefall.
- Have no real-world monetary value.
- Are not legal currency or personal property.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
- May only be used for the in-game purposes we provide.
- May be adjusted when necessary to correct technical errors, unauthorized activity, fraud, or abuse.
Earned Credits may be granted through gameplay or rewards. If Credits or virtual items are offered for purchase, purchases must be completed through the authorized app-store billing system.
6. Purchases and Refunds
Any paid digital content will be processed by Google Play or the applicable app store, not directly by us. Prices, taxes, payment methods, and transaction processing are controlled by that store.
Before confirming a purchase, review the displayed price and item description carefully. Refund requests are handled according to the applicable store’s refund rules, our published refund policy, and any mandatory consumer rights in your country.
If a purchase is charged but not delivered, contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] and include the order reference, without including full payment-card details.
7. Rewarded Advertisements
Strikefall may offer optional rewarded advertisements. Completing an eligible advertisement may provide an in-game reward such as Credits, a replay, continued play, or another stated benefit.
Advertisement availability is not guaranteed and may depend on internet access, location, device, age settings, consent choices, and third-party advertising services.
Rewards are granted only when successful completion is reported and validated. You must not manipulate advertisements, automate interactions, generate invalid traffic, or otherwise attempt to obtain rewards fraudulently.
Advertising providers may process device or advertising information as explained in our Privacy Policy and any consent message displayed in the Game.
8. Acceptable Conduct
You must not interfere with the Game, its servers, advertising services, billing systems, or other supporting systems.
You must not exploit bugs, manipulate saved data, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent refund requests, interfere with security features, or use the Game in a way that violates applicable law or app-store policies.

9. Intellectual Property
Strikefall, including its name, code, gameplay systems, characters, artwork, interfaces, sounds, music, animations, designs, and other content, is owned by or licensed to the Developer and is protected by intellectual-property laws.
Third-party names, software, assets, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Feedback or suggestions you voluntarily send us may be used to improve the Game without an obligation to compensate you.
10. Privacy
Your privacy is governed by the Strikefall Privacy Policy:
The Privacy Policy explains what information the Game and its integrated services may collect, how it is used or shared, how long it is retained, and what choices or rights may be available to you.
These Terms do not replace any consent or disclosure required by privacy law.
11. Third-Party Services
The Game may use or link to third-party services, including Google Play, Google AdMob, advertising providers, device-platform services, and external websites.
Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their independent content or practices, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
12. Updates and Changes
We may release updates required for security, compatibility, bug fixes, balancing, legal compliance, or new content. Some updates may be required to continue using the Game.
We may update these Terms when the Game, our services, or legal requirements change. The updated version will display a revised effective date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice before material changes take effect.
Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where legally permitted.
13. Suspension or Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to Game features when reasonably necessary because of fraud, abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or serious violations of these Terms.
Upon termination, your license to use the Game ends. Access to virtual items or Credits may also end, subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable law.
You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.
14. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strikefall is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted, secure, compatible, or free from errors.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the Game.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Game or in-game purchases during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other protected consumer rights.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without removing any mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of the country where you live.
Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Canada, unless applicable consumer law allows or requires a different jurisdiction.
17. General Terms
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our permission. We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a lawful business transfer, provided your legal rights are not reduced.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and applicable app-store terms, form the agreement governing your use of Strikefall.
